MAIN CHARACTERISTIC

• The whole system has been carried out according to I.E.C. and C.E.I.rules in force at the moment.

• The voltages on board are the following:

– 220 V a.c. 3phase, 50 Hz, for power circuits,

– 24 V d.c. for lighting circuits, low-power users, signals, emergency lighting, and electronics

• Electrical wiring are housed in self-extinguishing closed PVC conduits.

Electrical wiring are realized with antiflame materials and with proper size section related to the use.

• Additional empty conduits (40 mm of diameter) in the following areas:

– Two conduits from the roll bar (starboard side) to the technical area under the wheelhouse console

– Two conduits from roll bar (portside) to the technical area under the wheelhouse console

GENERATORS

  • • Two 55 KW generators, 220 V, 50 Hz, located in engine room, with hour meter.
  • • Sound shield box, control panel and 12V d.c. starter. Predisposition for remote starter.
  • S HORE P OWERS
  • • Two 125 A, 380 V, 50 Hz shore power inlet located on transom and connected to the system through an insulating transformer 380V/220V,45KVA.
  • • Alternating current power sources run to the main electrical panel in engine room provided with voltmeter and frequency meter for 220V power grid. Power sources are protected by calibrated fuses and their connection with the line is accomplished by remote control switches.
  • There is one bar system only that spreads current to all users. Each user is singly protected by magneto/thermal switches

• Lighting of engine room is 220V by means of watertight ceiling lamps.

• Lighting of cabins is done through halogen spot lights. Each cabin is provided with the following:

– lights on ceiling with controls close to entrance door and nightstand;

– reading lights with controls on nightstand;

– lights on ceiling in the head with control close to the door;

– lights on mirror in the head with control close to the mirror;

– 220V outlets in the cabin;

• Lighting of the internal main deck is defined as follows:

– lights on ceiling with controls close to the exits;

– lights on ceiling in the dining area with controls located in various places;

• Lighting of the external main deck and fly bridge is done through watertight lamps and leds.

  • • Fuel filling operation is carried out on each side of the superstructure. It is possible to fill the tanks separately.

ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Three electro-hydraulic units in the aft peak for rudders, trim tabs, gangway and transom-door with launching/recovering systems for tender and jet skis (if ordered). Each of these is 24 V with own tank and own circuit (except the transom door unit which is 220V).

LUBRIFICATING OIL CHANGING SYSTEM

• Alluminum tank (360 lt – 95 gals) placed in engines room and big enough for main engines, inverters and generator oil replacement.

• Users are connected to the tank through hose, working either for the discharging for the dirty oil and the replacement with the clean oil.

• One reversible electric pump to permit all the possible transfers of the dirty/clean oil from/to the users.

INSULATION

• Ceiling, sides and bulkheads of engine room are completely insulated with absorbent, soundproofing and heat insulated materials,Venting and extracting ducts are insulated.
